APPLICATIONS
Boats,
Caravans and Canvas
Use a Heavy solution with sponge rinse with clear
water. To remove oxidization, old wax, or tar build
up, use full strength with wet sponge. Let sit 10
minutes, then rinse. Re-wax as necessary. For vinyl
interiors use light spray. For vinyl roofs, apply
full strength with wet sponge or brush. Let sit 20
minutes, then rinse with hose. For tires, use full
strength with teflon sponge the rinse.
Bilges
Pour in 1 gallon heavy solution. Let sit one hour
then pump overboard.
Caravans
and Boat Holding Tanks
Pour one gallon heavy solution into the toilet
bowel, swirl around with toilet brush to clean
bowel, then release into tank. As you drive, SC
will clean and help deodorize tanks.
Fibreglass,
tiles & grout, marble, shower curtains and
porcelain.
Using a web Teflon sponge, apply SC full strength,
let it sit one hour or leave over night and rinse.
For extremely bad areas, melt SC and apply hot with
scrub sponge, let sit one hour, wipe clean with
sponge and clear water. Repeat if
necessary.
Floors,
vinyl, linoleum and wood.
Wash with heavy solution in hot water to remove old
wax buildup. For non-wax floors, use a third of a
cup (80ml) to 1 gallon (4.5 litres) water. For
rubber heal marks, apply ful strength let sit 20
minutes, then rinse.
Anti-fog
windows, mirrors and plexiglass
Apply directly from bucket using wet sponge. Let
sit 5 minutes and buff dry. Streaking may occur, if
so spray with light solution and wipe
dry.
Spot
cleaning carpets and upholstery including cabin
upholstry such as Alcatra.
Apply heavy mixed solution let sit two minutes,
then wipe dry with terry cloth. Check for color
fast. Will remove all stains except rust, permanent
dye and paint. Some food products now contain a
permanent dye. For heavier stains apply SC full
strength with a very wet terry wash cloth then
rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with terry towel.
Repeat if necessary. You may need to let the
cleaner sit over night. If so leave a wet cloth on
the area to keep moist. The longer the cleaner sits
on the stain, the better it works. For carpet
cleaning follow manufacturers
specifications.
Decks
Teak, non-slip, treadmaster or orange heel type
surfaces - use heavy solution with sponge on soft
brush.
For
R.I.Bs and fenders
Use full strength or Heavy mix, with wet sponge or
cloth.

DOMESTIC
APPLICATIONS
Furniture,
Antiques, Cabinets and Painted Surfaces
Apply light solution and wipe dry. To remove old
waxes and oils, use full strength, let sit for 5
minutes then wipe dry.
Hand
Cleaner
As a hand cleaner, use 1 part SC to 10 parts water.
To protect your hands, before you start work use a
small amount full as a lotion and let air dry. This
acts as a silicone glove so that toxins cannot
penetrate to the skin.
Flies
on wind shields
Spray heavy solution, let sit 10 minutes wipe dry
(best results if done in shade). If necessary use
full strength with a sponge, let sit for twenty
minutes and rinse.
Dishwashers
Mix 1 part SC to 10 parts water. Mixture will
thicken. Will not thicken in dishwasher.
Pressure
Washers
Mix 480ml (2 cups) of cleaner to 45 litres (10
gallons) of water. Spray on surface. Let sit 30
minutes and rinse off.
Clothes
Wet fabric, apply SC directly from container.
Briskly rub cleaner into fabric, let sit 30 minutes
and wash. For heavy stains, let sit over night,
check for colour fast and check manufacturers
labels.
Chewing
gum.
Wet area, apply SC from container, let sit one
hour. Use comb to gently scratch the spot towards
the centre. Rinse out with clear water.
Steam
cleaners
Mix 250ml (1 cup) to 20 litres (5 gallons) of
water. No defoamers, spot removers, of deodorizers
are required. For heavy stained areas use full
strength with a very wet cloth, rinse thoroughly,
dry with terry cloth. Always check manufacturers
specifications and always check for colour fast
first. For a Bissell, use 250ml (1 cup) to 4 litres
(1 gallon) of water.
Windows
and Mirrors
Use light solution, spray on and wipe off. If
streaking occurs solution is too strong, dilute
with boiling water. For outside windows, hose or
wet surface. Use SC full strength out of bucket
with sponge or cloth, and thoroughly rinse off. No
drying required if not used in direct
sunlight.
For
car windshields
Use light solution In windscreeen washer bottle.
Mix with auto wind shield fluid in
Winter.
Fireplaces
and glassdoors
Use SC full strength directly from bucket using a
small stiff brush. Let sit 30 minutes, spray with
clear water or wipe off with wet sponge. For heavy
areas, allow to soak longer.
Driveways
Wet surface, apply full strength with stiff brush.
Let sit one hour, rebrush and rinse off. For heavy
stained areas, mix one gallon of liquid bleach with
one gallon water. Pour on driveway, let sit for one
hour and rinse.

Choice

of Skippers Choice in the Microwave or on the Stove
(do not boil) then pour it into a 4 litre container.
